About Us/ Our Story
We are Liz and Silverio Borges Cabrera, a married couple, respectively from Dunoon, Argyll, Scotland, and Lanzarote, the Canary Islands, Spain. We are also Property Owners in the premier beachfront community of Playa Turquesa Ocean Club.
Liz started her professional career in the UK working for local Government in Education, before leaving the UK behind to pursue her career in Tourism, working in both mainland Spain and the Canary Islands, primarily for British Tour Operators, ILG Travel, Thomas Cook, and TUI, as overseas office manager/administrator, before progressing to managing a small Apart/Hotel in Lanzarote for the TBH Spanish Hotel Chain. Her experience with vacation rentals now spans more than 25 years.
Silverio started his professional career training as a Naval Mechanic, before choosing his current profession within Education for the Canarian Government. He is fully trained in all aspects of maintenance/repair services.
Our mission is to provide to other owners and their guests, a professional and reliable customer service, and a Property Management service second to none.
We didn’t wake up one morning and decide, let’s start managing, thats easy! We have been trained by the best companies, and as property owners ourselves, we expect perfection, and will deliver nothing less.
